Rep Seth Moulton (D-MA) Votes Against Deporting Criminal Alien Gang Members
Rep. Seth Moulton Voted Against H.R.3697 – The Criminal Alien Gang Member Removal Act. Contrarily, Carlos Hernandez who is running against Moulton Supports H.R.3697
H.R.3697 – Criminal Alien Gang Member Removal Act bill gives the Department of Homeland Security the power to designate a group of five or more people as a criminal gang. Those determined to have participated in the gang or have furthered its illegal activity can be detained and deported.
Seth Moulton seems more concerned about illegal MS 13 gang members, than American Citizens & legal immigrants,
MS-13 has more than 30,000 members internationally and over 6,000 members in the U.S.
According to the FBI, they often target middle and high school students for recruitment.
Massachusetts Court documents confirm that students as young as 14 and 15 from Chelsea High School, Everett High School, and East Boston High School have been recruited.
Seth Moulton has also voted against “Kates Law”.
Congressman Seth Moulton even has the disheartening gall to publicly confirm that “I voted against H.R. 1259“.
Kate’s Law would have mandated a 5-year jail term for gang members who reenter the U.S. after being deported.
Who does this congressman represent, anyway? U.S. Citizens & Legal Immigrants or illegal foreign nationals?
There was a time when America was considered a nation of laws. However, today we are in danger of becoming a Lawless Nation! “Wake Up America”
Carlos Hernandez will always do what is right for U.S. Citizens and ‘Legal Immigrants’ to ensure the safety and well being of our District, our State & our Country!
